Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once engraving has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items engraved with incorrect information provided by the customer.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The engraving does not match what you submitted at checkout
  • The wrong item was sent

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item to process your claim.

Because production begins quickly on custom items, orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted unless approved by the owner and/or production has been begun.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want every customer to love their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
