By accessing or purchasing from Leila’s Collective (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site, interfere with security features, or use our content without permission.

2. Custom Orders & Accuracy

All products are custom engraved based on the information you provide. You are responsible for verifying spelling, dates, names, and design details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. All Sales Are Final

Because every item is personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If we make an error, we will remake the item at no cost to you.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before work on any project can begin. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any. We do not store full payment information; all transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, artwork, and website content are the property of Leila’s Collective. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Misuse of products
Customer‑submitted errors
Shipping delays or carrier issues
Website downtime or technical errors

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for your order.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.
